This meeting is a dual-purpose meeting chaired between Stockport Socialists For Your Party (SSFYP) and Talking About Socialism .. from a Marxist perspective (TAS).
The first part of the meeting will be to have statements from existing branches of Your Party and their views on the necessity of a grassroots and socialist Your Party to fight for working people. We will also include in this segment discussion where how we can better support one-another and where YP branches would like to ask questions among themselves.
The latter part is - TAS were impressed with the statement created by SSFYP and the emergency motion that emerged from it, and think there would be value in holding a joint meeting which aims to bring together Your Party supporters from across Greater Manchester to try and work out how we go forward after the crisis at the top of Your Party.
