Adopt our six-point plan to keep Your Party run by the grassroots and not by self-appointed leaders
Recent events have made it necessary to ensure that Your Party carries on moving forward, led by people elected by us, not a group of self-appointed bureaucreats.
1. Demand Corbyn and Sultana have a public meeting.
Have Zarah Sultana and Jeremy Corbyn publicly meet to discuss their perspectives for the new party in front of an audience who are free to ask questions.
2. Demand 'leadership' explain what led to this mess.
The existing self-appointed 'leaders' must publish all agreed structures, processes and decision making protocols.
3. Demand Corbyn and Sultana cease legal action immediately.
Drop all proposed legal action, and request a withdrawal of the complaint to the Information Commissioners Office.
4. Connect everyone and communicate.
Form and then connect together local branches on a democratic basis with data for those who signed up to Your Party handed over.
5. Make a transparent process and hand it over to us.
Form a transparent, inclusive and democratic process for writing conference documents and making conference arrangements.
6. Make a fair and transparent process for making decisions.
Plan for a delegate conference to found the party, pass policy documents and constitution, and elect an accountable and instantly recallable leadership.
What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you exercise it? To whom are you accountable? And how can we get rid of you?
It's never been more important to rise to the task of a mass-social movement.
We face a grave threat. Cost of living is skyrocketing. Inequality is ballooning. Fascists are on the march. We must mobilise, now!
